Early Readers

Our early reader books are carefully chosen to help children take their first steps into independent reading with confidence and enjoyment. Many of these titles include features designed to support young readers as they grow:

  • Illustrations to support reading – pictures provide context and visual cues, helping children make sense of the story and stay engaged.

  • Building reading stamina – shorter chapters and manageable text lengths encourage children to keep going and develop their concentration.

  • Double line spacing – clearer layouts make it easier for children to follow along, reducing visual stress and supporting fluency.

  • Coloured pages – softer backgrounds can reduce glare and are particularly helpful for children who may show dyslexic tendencies.
